Kevin Arnold's Top 65 Winnie Cooper List

Circa 1995, I was in search of my Winnie Cooper.  Like searching for my favorite flavor of ice cream, I created a list of all the ideal traits and characteristic in a soul mate. 

I shared this with my Grandmother, and she said "Rick, you're crazy! You can't possibly find someone exactly like you."  Exactly, I found my opposite & partner in crime.  Life's never been the same since.
  1. Can wear a baseball hat on backwards (maybe)
  2. She’s hilarious (definitely)
  3. Christian (or at least believes in a higher being above) – yup
  4. Artsy (absolutely)
  5. Can throw a football (decently) – doubtful
  6. Cool family – (without a doubt)
  7. Loves kids (4) – (try 2)
  8. Independent (overly)
  9. Trusting – yup
  10. Big fan of Michael Keaton & Tom Hanks – yup
  11. Traveler – sort of
  12. Secure emotionally (but still sensitive) – most of the time
  13. Loves music (JT, Grateful Dead, Stones) – yes and no, she’s a soul-sister
  14. Short hair (brunette, down to her shoulders) – let’s just call it short
  15. Skier – not exactly
  16. Height – 5’ 2” to 5’ 9” – try 5'2" on a good day
  17. Dark skin – yup
  18. Romantic – when she wants to be
  19. Looks cool in shades – definitely
  20. Likes to eat – definitely
  21. Very social – definitely
  22. Can hang with all my friends (walk into a room full of guys and be one of the boys) – without a doubt
  23. Adverturesome – yup
  24. Has a college degree – she’s sharp – very

  27. No nagging – sometimes
  28. Bugs bunny, Little Rascals, & Wonder Years Fanatic – sorta
  29. Athletic / Coordinated – no / yes
  30. Outdoorsy (no bitchin’, no whining, no moaning) – sorta
  31. Not flashy – sometimes
  32. T-shirt & jeans – only when she’s pregnant
  33. Prim and proper when need be – very polished
  34. Great smile – absolutely

  37. Fun Father-in-law – absolutely
