Top 10 Non-core competencies
(which should be outsourced to maximize efficiency & effectiveness)
| Over the last year, I have come to the realization that there are people in the world that are Specialists at what they do. Likewise, I, too, have my own specialties which are core-competencies. Those that are not my core competencies should be outsourced to the experts. Fortunately, my wife Lauren is an expert painter and carpenter which makes us a perfect fit. |
